As founder of Gina Richardson LLC, Gina Agresta Richardson focuses her practice on business and commercial matters, real estate transactions, and employee compensation issues. Her business experience includes entity formation and start-up issues, corporate governance, stockholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial finance. In the field of real estate, Ms. Richardson counsels clients on land use and zoning matters, commercial and residential transactions, including like-kind exchanges, leasing arrangements, purchase and sale negotiations, and mineral rights issues. She guides business clients and individuals with their qualified and nonqualified pension and deferred compensation plans and related tax issues.
